List your property with Viora Hosting

Send us the details and we will come back with an honest assessment: what we would manage, what we would change first, what it would cost, and whether we think short-term letting suits the property at all.

About you

Only needed if you would rather we called or texted.

About the property

We use this to check local rules and travel times. It is never published.

An existing Airbnb or Vrbo listing helps us give you a far more useful assessment.

What you need

What is taking up your time, what has gone wrong before, what you want to change.

Preferred contact method

No obligation. No cost for the assessment.

Your details are used to assess your property and respond to you. They are never published on this site, never sold, and never shared with other owners or guests. You can ask us to delete them at any time. See the privacy policy for how long we keep enquiry information.

Straight answers

What we will not tell you

Three things you will hear elsewhere in this industry that you will not hear from us.

A guaranteed income figure

Revenue depends on demand, seasonality, competition and your property. Anyone guaranteeing a number is either guessing or hiding conditions in the contract.

That every property works

Some properties are not suited to short-term letting because of location, building rules or licensing. We would rather say so than take the work and underperform.

A price before we have looked

Fees depend on the property, the market and the scope. We quote after the assessment, in writing, with what it covers attached.

Questions owners ask first

What is Airbnb co-hosting?

Someone else runs the day-to-day while you stay the owner and host of record. The listing stays in your account and you keep the final say on pricing and house rules. We take the work: guest messaging, check-ins, cleaning schedules and maintenance.

How do I get started with Viora Hosting?

Submit your property details through the Become a Host form. We review the property, the market and the local rules, then come back to you with an assessment: what we would manage, what we would change, what it would cost, and whether we think short-term letting is the right use for the property at all. There is no obligation at that stage.

Do I need to have an Airbnb listing already?

No. We work with owners who already have an active listing and with owners starting from an empty property. If you are starting from scratch we will tell you honestly what the property needs before it is ready to let, which sometimes includes work we do not do ourselves.

Can you manage my existing Airbnb property?

Yes, and that is how most owners come to us. We take over an established listing without resetting its reviews or ranking, and agree any changes with you first.

Which Canadian locations do you serve?

They are listed on the Service Areas page. A market only works if we have reliable cleaning and maintenance capacity there, so we would rather say no than run a property badly. Outside the list? Ask anyway.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the property, the location and how much you hand over, so we quote after the assessment. Fee and scope in writing before anything starts.

Do you guarantee a certain income or occupancy?

No. Performance depends on demand, seasonality, competition, the property and the pricing, and no management company controls those. Anyone promising guaranteed revenue is hiding the conditions.
